Sending an allegation does not mean it will be published.
Claims involving misconduct, injury, illegal activity, animal disposition, or other serious allegations require sufficient evidence before NV.Horse will present them as fact.
Emergencies
NV.Horse is not an emergency reporting service.
If you encounter an injured animal, suspected unlawful killing, harassment, illegal capture, or a dangerous roadway situation, contact the appropriate government, law-enforcement, or emergency authority for the jurisdiction involved.
Do not delay an emergency report in order to contact NV.Horse.
